When we receive your order it will be processed for dispatch, in most cases, within 2-5 working days. Should your order be delayed in any way, we will contact you directly to inform you of this delay.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse it will be delivered, in most cases, the next working day. International orders are subject to normal postal timeframes. Please also note that a signature is required upon delivery. To ensure you get your items as soon as possible please make note of the details of your chosen delivery option below:
We send all postal orders via An Post Parcel Post; If no one is available to sign for the delivery then an information slip will be left at the address with details of how you can collect your package at the nearest Post Depot.

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at advancedskinshop.ie via email within 24 hours of purchase/delivery. (email@example.com).
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation Advanced Skin Shop, please enclose a copy of the email in your return. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we do not receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item which is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
